AI Implementation Studio
Bespoke AI agents, built for how your business actually runs.
We're not a platform you configure yourself. We spend the first weeks inside your actual workflow, then build and deploy the agent ourselves, inside the systems you already run. Pick a practice to see what that looks like.
Resolution, triage, and follow-up agents for SMB support inboxes run by a founder instead of a dedicated team.
How We're Different
Off-the-shelf platforms guess at your process from a generic template. We build against the real one— sitting inside your actual workflow before we write a single line of automation, then staying until it's resolving the bottleneck, not just demoing it.

Four practices. One method for finding what's actually costing you money.
Customer Support
Resolution, triage, and follow-up agents for SMB support inboxes run by a founder instead of a dedicated team.

Phone, dispatch, and quoting agents for HVAC and home service shops that can't staff a night shift or a full-time CSR.

Week 1
AI Opportunity Audit
We sit inside your actual workflow — calls, tickets, exceptions, follow-ups — and find the single bottleneck costing you the most before we talk about any automation.
What you walk away withA ranked map of where money leaks, and the one agent worth building first.
Weeks 1–2
Process Architecture & Redesign
We design the workflow that should exist — including the judgment calls your team makes today without a written policy — before writing a line of automation around it.
What you walk away withA written decision model your team reviews and signs off on.
Weeks 2–4
Production Deployment
We deploy the agent into your existing stack ourselves, connect it to live systems, and make sure it holds up against real volume — not a demo script.

Agent System Optimization
After launch we improve accuracy, expand coverage, and keep tuning the workflow as your team surfaces the next bottleneck worth removing.

Kalon Agents never asks a client to rip and replace. We plug into the CRM, ERP, helpdesk, and commerce tools your team already runs today, whichever industry you're in.
Don't see your platform listed? If it has an API, we'll build the connector before your first workflow goes live.
What operators usually ask before starting.
Are you a platform we configure ourselves, or a team that builds it for us?
A team. Kalon Agents is an implementation studio, not a self-serve platform. We audit your actual workflow, design the agent, deploy it into your existing systems, and keep tuning it after launch. You don't need an internal AI team to run this.
Which industries do you work in?
Four practices today: field services, finance and accounting, customer support, and property management. Each runs on the same four-step method, applied to that industry's actual systems and workflows, not a generic bot bolted on top.
Do we need to replace our existing software?
No. Every engagement is built to sit on top of the tools you already run, your CRM, ERP, helpdesk, whatever it is, rather than migrating you onto a new platform. If it has an API, we build the connector.
How long until the first workflow is live?
Most engagements start with a single workflow, the highest ROI bottleneck the audit finds, live within a few weeks. We prove it against real volume before expanding to the next one.
Is this a long-term contract?
No. We start with the highest ROI workflow and earn the right to expand from there. If a workflow isn't paying for itself, you're not locked into keeping it.
What happens when an agent can't handle something confidently?
Every workflow runs on a confidence threshold. Below it, the agent stops and escalates to your team with full context attached, so a decision takes seconds instead of a full investigation.
